1) As a special introductory offer for artists, we now provide the individual user license for 300 € (for the first setup and customization of the software to your stationary) plus 10 €/month plus 19% VAT. This version is suitable for creating an archive of an artist’s work without invoicing.
2) As a special introductory offer for artists, we now provide an individual user license for 1.000 € plus 10 €/month per license plus 19% VAT. This version contains the invoicing module.
Multi-User Studio
The Studio Version for multiple art-file Studio licenses costs 3.000 € plus 40 €/month per license plus 19% VAT. The monthly fee includes a reasonable amount of telephone support, regular updates to art-file Studio, data storage, and full daily backups to our server. You are not tied to a long-term contract, and can change or cancel your licenses with one month’s notice. The price for the standard version includes the setup of your account, adaptation of standard settings—for example, choice of currencies and languages—and the creation of templates for your output documents corresponding to the corporate identity of your studio.
The standard version of art-file Studio includes the modules Contacts, Inventory, Invoices, and Selections. The user interface is in English and the documents are generated in two languages (English and a second language of your choice). If desired, the software can be configured to generate documents in three languages. Our existing customers have contributed to the numerous facets available in art-file Studio by giving us valuable feedback on their individual ideas and work habits. If you find you’re still missing something, we can configure art-file Studio to fit your needs even more closely.
